This honey is produced in the orange fields of central New South Wales. Orange blossom honey is produced by bees who forage on orange orchards. It is a light, refreshing honey with a distinctively floral taste and a round mouthfeel. It is a light honey which is relatively slow to crystalise.

All of our honey is raw and cold-extracted. This means that it may crystalise in cold weather. This is how you know it's good honey! If your honey granulates or crystalises, you can liquify it by placing the jar or tub in hot water.
