Hornsby Beekeeping Android app
The Hornsby Beekeeping Android app connects to our Neto/Maropost store to show products, store account information and order history, and to support wishlists, saved guides, newsletter choices, support enquiries and account-deletion requests. Depending on the feature you use, we may process your name, email address, phone number, store username, purchase history, wishlist and saved-guide choices, newsletter preference, support message and optional deletion reason. Checkout and payment are completed on our website; the Android app does not collect payment-card details.
The Android app uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand installation, sessions and general app engagement. Firebase Analytics automatically processes an app-instance identifier, Android Advertising ID when available, masked IP-derived approximate location, device and app information, and automatic app lifecycle and interaction events. We do not send your Hornsby Beekeeping account ID, name, email address, phone number or custom app events to Firebase Analytics.
We use this information to provide the app and store account, respond to requests, maintain security, understand app usage and improve the service. Data is transmitted using HTTPS/TLS. Google and Neto/Maropost process data for us under their applicable terms and privacy commitments. We do not use Firebase Auth, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics or Firestore in this version of the Android app.
You can request account deletion in the app under Account > Delete account or at https://www.hornsby-beekeeping.com/app-account-deletion. We may retain order, transaction, fraud-prevention or legal records where Australian law requires or permits this. For privacy questions, email info@hornsby-beekeeping.com.
